HEAD CHEF - Gourmet Pub
Our establishment is seeking its new kitchen manager and their exceptional team in the enchanting setting of Mont-Tremblant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Menu development;
- Acts as a coach to the team;
- Manages food purchases, orders, inventory checks, and invoice verification;
- Ensures recipe preparation, daily setup, and rotation of ingredients;
- Maintains a consistent presence and follow-up in the kitchen;
- Ensures standardization in the dishes served;
- Monitors product quality, dish production, and service;
- Properly and regularly maintains kitchen equipment and ensures its proper functioning;
- Executes dishes and establishes a high standard of service across all cooks;
- In accordance with MAPAQ standards, ensures kitchen hygiene and maintains temperature records up to date;
- Participates in the hiring of new kitchen staff and candidate search;
- Provides necessary training to employees as needed;
- Prepares work schedules;
- Demonstrates knowledge and application of labor standards and basic health and safety principles;
- Supervises the work of cooks and other kitchen staff members;
- Fosters motivation and team spirit within the brigade, creating a positive work atmosphere;
- Enjoys work and exhibits good teamwork.
