o Provide our guests with a warm and personalized welcome, even during busy periods.
o Offer guests impeccable service and help them have memorable experiences in our establishment.
o Anticipate our guests' needs and quickly respond to their requests while exceeding their expectations.
o Select, hire, train, and provide feedback to Corner team members to build a strong, positive, and effective team.
o Foster a respectful and inclusive environment that welcomes and supports people from all backgrounds, enabling them to reach their full potential.
o Encourage the commitment and retention of Corner team members through inspirational training, mentoring, daily recognition, and continuous coaching.
o Assign work and schedule servers and crew team.
o Organize set-up and tear-down of dining and banquet rooms.
o Handle complaints, if any, with professionalism, and courtesy.
o Participate in the coordination of events and ensure that they run smoothly.
o Ensure effective communication within the team and with other hotel departments.
o Maintain optimal use of all facilities and respect established budgets.

o Carry out daily inspections of service areas and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and occupational health and safety standards.
o Perform administrative tasks related to payroll and tip distribution.

o You have solid experience in managing high-performance teams.
o You have a degree in hotel management from a recognized institution AND/OR relevant experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
o You know how to operate a POS system.
o You take pride in maintaining a neat, professional appearance in a clean uniform.
o You are available to work rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts.
o You are fluent in both French and English to serve international clients.

More about our fantastic journey: Three years after immigrating from Greece, Tony Antonopoulos opened his first restaurant in Old Montreal named "Le Coin" on August 4, 1973. His brother Costa joined him in 1976, and together they developed a hospitality business that has thrived for over 45 years, known until recently as Groupe Antonopoulos.  In 2022, Tony entrusted the continuation of his part of the business to his 4 children: Dina, Anna, Dimitri, and Maria. To pay homage to their father's first restaurant, Corner Collection was born. 


  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Developed sense of customer service;
  • Leadership and excellent communication skills;
  • Autonomy and sense of initiative;
  • Flexible availability (days, evenings and weekends);
  • Good knowledge of restoration software (Micros and Opentable, asset);
  • Bilingual in French/English due to frequent communication with international clientele;
  • Management training in catering (asset).
