We are looking for an autonomous, responsible and rigorous person who will be able to manage the food truck operations and services of the National Capital market.
Our company is looking for a dynamic, hard-working and organized person who will be able to occupy the position of Chef/Manager of Food Truck (Corporate Division)
Tasks:
Actively participate in service
Plan and coordinate food truck operations
Inventory and stock management
Coordination with the Executive Chef (in Montreal)
Coordination with the operations manager
Coordination with the human resources manager
Management of the production kitchen space (in Quebec)
Manage a team of 10-15 people
Coordination with intermediary managers (in Quebec)
Ensuring food is cooked
Be able to advise customers on our various products
Ensure the highest standards of product quality.
Contribute to the development and training of our employees
Ensure the proper functioning of operations and compliance with MAPAQ standards
Requirements
Required profile :
Advanced cooking skills
Excellent organizational skills
Resourceful
Experience and requirement.
Minimum of 5 years of restaurant experience.
Driving license (mandatory)
French (Required)
MAPAQ certificate (an asset)
