Description

We are looking for a dynamic qualified catering chefr with the capability and stamina to start a new business.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high quality meals andf, respecting our high standards of hygiene, sanitation and attention to detail.

In this key role, you will be asked to , manage stocks, purchase products, shop and control the quality of food. 

We are looking for a motivating and creative person that drives on challenge and can when needed build a solid team

 


Requirements
  • Diploma in professional cooking or 5 years experience on a similar rol
  • Experience in catering - 3 to 5 years
  • Attention to detail, thorough and consistent
  • Leadership and strong skills in on personnel management
  • Great autonomy and sense of organization - essential
  • Loss management skills, food cost control, stock management- essential.
  • Great knowledge of standards in hygiene and health occupational safety
  • Flexibility to adapt to the variety of tasks and work rhythms
  • Be flexible at schedule
  • French or English
