We are looking for a dynamic qualified chef-kitchen manager with the capability and stamina manage a multi-unit kitchen
As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high quality meals and the oversee of all other kitchen staff, respecting our high standards of hygiene, sanitation and attention to detail.
In this key role, you will be asked to develop menus, manage stocks, purchase products, shop and control the quality of food. You will be in charge of evaluating the cost price of the products and the total cost of the costs.

Diploma in professional cooking or 5 years experience on a similar rol
Extensive experience in Italian cuisine
Experience in high volume/quality restaurant - 3 to 5 years
Attention to detail, thorough and consistent
Leadership and strong skills in on personnel management
Great autonomy and sense of organization - essential
Loss management skills, food cost control, stock management- essential.
Knowledge of Optimum Control a plus
Great knowledge of standards in hygiene and health occupational safety
MAPAQ Certification in Hygiene and Sanitation or Application of HACCP Standards - an asset
Flexibility to adapt to the variety of tasks and work rhythms
Be flexible at schedule
Bilingualism (French and English) - an asset Italian and Spanish a Plus.
