Chef de cuisine/
We are looking for a motivated chef de cuisine/sous-chef with experience to join our team. Someone committed to excellence, capable of applying the highest standards to their work and capable of leading a team. We are an established restaurant preparing a move towards a more gastronomic experience and we are looking for people capable of applying the highest standards to their work.
Capable of assisting the chef in managing the mise en place and service;
Capable of managing the kitchen while maintaining the highest standards during the absence of the chef;
Must be capable of organizing his own station and take charge of the required mise en place;
Capacity to execute dishes as agreed with the highest standards possible and insuring that others follow suit;
Maintaining his station in order;
Applying the highest standards of hygiene.
Minimum 5 years experience, primarily in a gastronomic restaurant ;
Passion and curiosity ;
Capacity to lead a team ;
Available full time.
