We are looking for a motivated cook with experience to join our team. We prepare a fish and seafood cuisine and we are about to launch a seafood omakase style menu. We are looking for the right people to develop and serve this menu.
Must be capable of organizing his own station and take charge of the required mise en place ;
Capacity to execute dishes as agreed with the highest standards possible ;
Maintaining his station in order ;
Applying the highest standards of hygiene.
Minimum 2 years experience, ideally in a gastronomic restaurant ;
Capacity to work with a team ;
Available full time.
