We are looking for a dynamic qualified chef-kitchen manager with the capability and stamina to start a new business.
As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high quality meals and the oversee of all other kitchen staff, respecting our high standards of hygiene, sanitation and attention to detail.
In this key role, you will be asked to develop menus, manage stocks, purchase products, shop and control the quality of food. You will be in charge of evaluating the cost price of the products and the total cost of the costs.
