The Résidence Cité Rive is located on the banks of the Rivière des prairies, in the district of Rivière des prairies. This housing complex brings together 5 phases, distributed in 5 residential towers, for a total of 850 apartments.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, the incumbent assists the chef and cooks in their tasks. He/She participates in the preparation of cold dishes and desserts, cuts and peels vegetables or fruits, arranges plates, prepares meal carts and participates in the maintenance of equipment and the kitchen with the rest of the team.
Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, Friday to Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in assembling plates
- Peel and cut vegetables for meals
- Assemble plates of food
- Clean kitchen equipment
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Perform other related duties

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good team player
- Good sense of interpersonal communication
- Good communication
- Experience in a large restoration's volume (an asset)
