The candidate must be able to serve an average of 450 clients per working day. It must be versatile, since it can evolve on different types of kitchen equipment within a week. He must know how to use a grill and be able to prepare the different meat cooking that will be requested.
The candidate must have at least 2 years of cooking experience. He must be punctual and motivated. He must be available to work days, evenings and weekends. Must want to be part of a dynamic team and enthusiasm.
