Cook

Parlee Beach Motel is located in 691 highway 133(East Main Street Shediac), Pointe-du-Chêne, NB, E4P 4Z9 and we are looking for a full-time cook who can work with us.

• Position: Cook (full-time)
• Wage: $14-18.00/h (To be negotiated)
• Working hours per week: 30-40 hrs

Job Description

• Prepare and cook dishes in our breakfast, burger, Korean and Japanese menus such as omelette, Bulgogi and rolls
• Ensure high food quality is maintained
• Keep the inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies
• Manage daily kitchen operations
• Keep clean kitchen and work area

• Completion of Secondary Education
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a cook
• Must speak English
• Must be available for working in the evening and weekend
