Main tasks: 
- Prepare the orders at the grill and salad bar;
- Preparation of other dishes à la carte;
- Make any new seasonal dish proposed by the chef;
- Set up according to the expected traffic;
- Prepare the plates;
- Rigorously apply hygiene and sanitation standards
- Carry out inventories and forecasts of orders

Salary: $17 to $18/hr depending on experience + tip sharing program

- A qualification as a cook or a minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook in a restaurant (having both would be an asset);
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast environment;
- Fluent French
- Good presentation
- Knowledge of different cuisines is an asset
