Job description
Pullman is looking for a Cook to complete its team, for preparation and service. Stimulating, respectful and dynamic work environment!
The cook is in charge of the proper delivery of dishes and execution of recipes during the evening service, and must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of quality.
General tasks:
Set up and ensure the smooth running of the service
Arrange the plates
Receive, validate and put away orders
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen
Ensure the proper functioning of kitchen equipment
Full or part time position / evening and weekend schedule - to be discussed according to your availability!
Base salary to be discussed according to experience + tips

Requirements
Candidates must be dynamic, passionate about the profession and must have a minimum of experience in an equivalent position and / or market cuisine, management, pastry or other.
