Description
  1. Prepare and cook Japanese menus such as Sashimi, Beef sashimi, Scallop sashimi, etc.;
  2. Prepare and cook roast Japanese fish, beef and chicken;
  3. Cook various kinds of Japanese Yakitori;
  4. Prepare and marinate raw meat beef, pork, poultry and fish;
  5. Prepare and cook salads and Japanese traditional sauces;
  6. Supervise and control the quality of Japanese cuisine and meals;
  7. Keep inventories of foodstuffs;
  8. Help to develop new Japanese menu
  9. Share general knowledge of Japanese cooking and give training to long-term employees. 
Requirements
  • 2 or 3 years of professional working experience in Japanese restaurant;
  • Good knowledge of Japanese Yakitori and meals will be a great asset for candidates;
  • Must speak French and English;
  • Must be available for working at evening, night and weekend
