Description

Essential job functions:

 

• Taking and checking the temperatures of refrigerators;

• Verification, storage and implementation of requested requisitions;

• Respect and ensure rotation of products as well as identification and dates are up to date;

• Ensure the cleanliness and salubrity of his post as well as surrounding equipment;

• Participate in the storage and maintenance of fridges and common areas;

• Respect the daily cleaning tables at each workstation

• Implements occupational health and safety standards;

• Applies hygiene and sanitation standards;

• Respect the recipes and standards established by the chef;

• Performs all other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the kitchen.



Requirements

Qualifications and required skills:

 

• Significant experience in institutional cooking;

• Strong interest in teamwork;

• Sense of organization;

• Available evenings and weekends.
