Customer Service Supervisor

As the supervisor on duty, you will provide support to the main supervisor and the general manager in certain tasks and projects (payroll, cash balances, etc.). You will greet customers at the spa reception and on the phone, take reservations and provide our product and service offerings.
Reception and departure of customers:
- Welcome them warmly, guide them in their choices and answer their questions, complete the invoicing and payment, return the items for their stay at the spa, advise them on the products on sale at our boutique.
- Answer calls, inform clients about packages, promotions and treatments, take reservations in our system, maximize the appointment schedule, optimize sales of treatments and gift certificates, confirm appointments with therapists, make wiretapping when required.
Team management and other administrative tasks:
- Ensure the presence of employees on their shift and ensure that the number is suitable for traffic, participate in payroll and management of deposits and cash balances.
You have at least 5 years of experience in managing a team in a pro-customer service environment, are a positive, bilingual and naturally smiling leader. The position is full time, with variable hours including evenings and weekends. Possibility of compressing the weekly schedule to a 4-days.
