THE COMPANY


THE POSITION

You will lead and motivate the customer service Agents scheduled on your shift. You will also help your C.S. supervisor in some tasks and projects. You will greet guests at the spa reception desk and on the phone, take reservations and inform them about the services offered. 

Requirements

Vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans la gestion d’une équipe dans un environnement pro service client, êtes un-e leader positif et bilingue et naturellement souriant-e. Le poste est à temps plein (35 - 37 heures par semaine), avec horaires variables incluant les soirs et fins de semaine.  Admissibilité aux assurances collectives et autres avantages employés.


Nous sommes également ouverts à une disponibilité à temps partiel avec disponibilités incluant soirs et fins de semaine.
