We are preparing the opening of a new restaurant and we are looking for a manager to join our team. This manager will be working very closely with the chef-operator in overseeing and managing the all details relating to service in the restaurant. He/she will be specially mandated with customer relations, marketing, corporate groups and sales. Possibility of partnership for the right person.
Contribute to keeping the highest standards of service ;
Install and maintain customer attentions ;
Manage the day to day service management tasks ;
Manage corporate groups and events ;
Oversee and manage business relations.
Minimum 2 years management experience ;
Minimum 5 years service experience in a gastronomic environment ;
Capacity to work with a team ;
Available full time.
