Job description

We are preparing the opening of a new restaurant and we are looking for a manager to join our team.  This manager will be working very closely with the chef-operator in overseeing and managing the all details relating to service in the restaurant.   He/she will be specially mandated with customer relations, marketing, corporate groups and sales.   Possibility of partnership for the right person.


Job description

  • Contribute to keeping the highest standards of service ;

  • Install and maintain customer attentions ;

  • Manage the day to day service management tasks ;

  • Manage corporate groups and events ;

  • Oversee and manage business relations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years management experience ;

  • Minimum 5 years service experience in a gastronomic environment ;

  • Capacity to work with a team ;

  • Available full time.
