Under the leadership of our Executive Chef, the Executive Sous Chef will be a key member of the culinary team, bringing his/her talents and energy to the creation of amazing European-influenced dishes and menus that highlight the fresh local produce of our region. - 3-5 years progressive experience, ideally in fine dining establishments
- formal training from a well-known culinary school or institute
- strong sense of teamwork and leadership
- impeccable attention to detail and pride in your work
