With anticipation that our restaurants & terrasses will be reopening in the near future for our spring/summer season, we are looking forward to setting the foundations of our management team at Marche des Eclusiers.
We seek to bring on Floor Managers & a Bar Manager. Specific requirements & qualifications are of course expected, yet most of all we ask for passion & ambition.
Floor Managers will be running the every day service, upholding standards, overseeing & supporting staff, leading by example, taking on certain administrative duties and work closely with the director of operations.
Bar Manager will be responsible for all bars within the venue + service, to oversee the bartending staff, create a cocktail menu reflective of the summer & patio season, manage inventory, train and communicate with the service staff about the cocktail program
