HEAD CHEF - Gourmet Pub

Our establishment is seeking its new kitchen manager and their exceptional team in the enchanting setting of Mont-Tremblant.

  • Menu development;
  • Acts as a coach to the team;
  • Manages food purchases, orders, inventory checks, and invoice verification;
  • Ensures recipe preparation, daily setup, and rotation of ingredients;
  • Maintains a consistent presence and follow-up in the kitchen;
  • Ensures standardization in the dishes served;
  • Monitors product quality, dish production, and service;
  • Properly and regularly maintains kitchen equipment and ensures its proper functioning;
  • Executes dishes and establishes a high standard of service across all cooks;
  • In accordance with MAPAQ standards, ensures kitchen hygiene and maintains temperature records up to date;
  • Participates in the hiring of new kitchen staff and candidate search;
  • Provides necessary training to employees as needed;
  • Prepares work schedules;
  • Demonstrates knowledge and application of labor standards and basic health and safety principles;
  • Supervises the work of cooks and other kitchen staff members;
  • Fosters motivation and team spirit within the brigade, creating a positive work atmosphere;
  • Enjoys work and exhibits good teamwork.
