HEAD OF PREPARATION

PIZZERIA NO.900 Dix30

“NO.900 Dix30 will serve its first pizza in June 2019. Our small pizzeria wows its customers from the first moment. Our mission is to offer the best pizza in a unique and warm place. ”

JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will be primarily responsible for planning and making recipes for preparations such as pizza dough, sauces, pestos and dressings. He will be in charge of supplying the restaurant and taking inventory.

He will also have to prepare pizzas, starters, salads and desserts according to NO.900 standards. He will also be called upon to perform various tasks in the kitchen such as:

o Tasks related to the opening of the kitchen;

o General maintenance tasks of the restaurant;

o Tasks related to closing the kitchen;

o Manage dough outlets according to expected traffic;

o Carry out production and installation;

o Write the list of productions and preparations to be made for the following day;

o Train employees for all positions in the kitchen;

o Replace the 1st pizza chef, for short periods of time in case of absence from the following tasks:

§ Ensure the application of the following norms and standards:
NO.900;
MAPAQ;
CNESST;

§ Plan, delegate and supervise the tasks to be done in the kitchen.

SCHEDULE
We are looking for candidates for full time. The schedule includes day, evening and weekend shifts with 2 days off per week.
