Kitchen and Dining Room manager
Westmount One, a seniors' residence in the Westmount Cote-St-Luc area is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor.
Answering to the Executive Director and the Food and Beverage Manager, the Food Service Supervisor is responsible for all the daily activities of the kitchen and dining room. This includes but is not limited to: preparing menus, ordering, staffing, food preparation and administration of the service.
Must be able to manage budgets, ordering and on-hand stock. Must possess the ability to schedule, supervise, hire and train dining room staff. Strong interpersonal, hospitality and menu planning skills are essential.
