ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Prepare ingredients needed to elaborate dishes
- Set up in anticipation of customer demand
- Assemble plates, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Maintain food storage and preparation areas
- Apply hygiene and sanitation standards
- Apply occupational health and safety standards
- Perform all other tasks required for the smooth running of the kitchen.
Requirements
- Training in establishment cuisine
- 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Strong interest in teamwork
- Ability to react well under pressure
- Organizational skills
- Flexible availability.
