Description

Pizza Toni is looking to fill the leadership role of Kitchen Manager. This role is heavily focused on daily production of dough and other prep work. We start at 7:00AM and the shift lasts until 3:00PM or 4:00PM. You will be expected to lead and ensure quality in every aspect of the production process. Then handle the daily lunch rush. If you have multiple years of restaurant/kitchen experience and want to further your career in the industry this may be the position for you. We offer competitive wages and opportunities for growth. The individuals who take on the positions will work closely with ownership to ensure quality and consistency in all aspects of the business.

Position: 

⁃ Morning Manager / Prep lead

⁃ Day Manager / Shift lead

Requirements for successful candidates:

⁃ 3 years of cooking experience

⁃ Service level understanding of French and English

⁃ Excellent communication skills

⁃ Baking / Dough making experience is an asset

⁃ Pizza Making experience is an asset
