Job Descriptions/Requirements

Line/Prep Cook Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare food items and present as per the chef’s directions
• Working in a clean and organized manor is an absolute must at all times, along with being safe and calm under pressure
• Must be able to read, write and follow verbal directions well
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be physically able to lift and transfer heavy and hot items, and stand for the majority of your shift
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn is a must to ensure kitchen culture stays at an all time high

Line Cook Qualifications and Skills:

• 3 years line cook experience is preferred
• Preference will be given to individuals who are certified or currently enrolled in culinary management, red seal or cook 1 and 2 from a recognized institution
• Food handler’s certificate is required prior to start date

Prep Cook Qualifications and skills:

• Preference will be given to individuals who are certified or currently enrolled in culinary management, red seal or cook 1 and 2 from a recognized institution
• Food handler’s certificate is required prior to start date

Dishwasher Qualifications and skills:

• Must provide a high level of cleanliness and organization
• Punctuality and reliability is an absolute asset
• Must be able to follow verbal direction, and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
