Description

Bottega Pizzeria is looking for a passionate and driven line-cook. You will be working with the Chef and responsible for the food that comes out of the kitchen, from conception to execution. You will work in a team and ensure that our guests have a memorable experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment and stock food items
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Bottega recipes
  • Cook food in a timely manner
  • Assist other cooks as needed
  • Monitor inventory and check freshness
  • Maintain quality control of each plate
  • Ensure appealing plate presentation
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
Requirements
  • Previous line-cook experience
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment and food handling
  • Ability to follow recipes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Culinary degree/certificate
  • Strong passion for food
