Enoteca Monza is looking to hire passionate and talented line cooks to create delicious pastas, Italian favorites, salads and sandwiches according to the authentic Italian traditions of Enoteca Monza.
Reporting to the Chef:
- Responsible for daily food preparation.
- Ensure the smooth running of kitchen operations and the preparation and assembly of food.
- Ensure consistency and quality, while respecting recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment as well as compliance with laws and regulations for hygiene and sanitation when handling food.

Requirements
- You have 1 to 3 years of relevant cooking experience. Professional cooking training is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment;
- You are a responsible person, rigorous and with good judgment;
- You recognize your ability to work in a team;
- Bilingualism is an asset;
- You are legally eligible to work in Canada.
