Line cook / prep cook

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions.
Must be 18 years of age.
A completed cooking course (1500 hours) from a recognized culinary school.
Two years experience in a commercial restaurant.
Language – English or French is required (French is preferred).
