We are looking for an energetic and talented line cook to prepare casual dining dishes. Your main responsibilities include prep, understanding the execution of orders, preparing dishes according to recipes, restocking, and keeping your station clean. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. 


  • Adhere to prep lists and par levels

  • Understand POS generated orders

  • Execute dishes according to recipes in a timely manner and with the highest standards for quality

  • Respect health and safety procedures

  • Respect restocking par levels

  • Close and clean station according to restaurant standards

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and chef



  • Must be fluent in English or French and 18 years or older

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

  • Has an excellent understanding of time management 

  • A positive and collaborative team player attitude

  • Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
