Description The store manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Working within a team, the store manager is responsible for carrying out all the tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the restaurant on a daily basis. Hire, develop, train and motivate a team.
  • Ensure that the company's internal standards and procedures are explained, understood and followed by all members of the team;
  • Manage work schedules according to the budget of hours and business needs;
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, queries and / or requests;
  • Make sure inventory is done quickly and accurately to ensure proper replenishment of merchandise;
  • Ensure that store opening, closing and asset management procedures are properly followed;
  • Act as the first contact person for any questions or incidents related to the store's alarm system;
  • Ensure that employees work safely and apply the required standards in occupational health and safety;
  • Know operated the system Master D (asset)



Requirements Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in restoration. To be able to speak French and English. Know how to use computer tools such as Word and Excel. Know the MaitreD system (asset). Be available day, evening and weekend.
