We are seeking a passionate Mini Bar Attendant to join our team. The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for ensuring the continuous supply and cleanliness of the minibars available to hotel guests. Your role will also include managing inventory, restocking the minibars, and regularly checking their condition. Your attention to detail and commitment to impeccable service will be essential in providing our guests with a memorable and high-quality experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Stock and restock minibars and in-room coffee stations.
• Stock and restock minibar items, accurately calculate and report guest charges to the front desk.
• Ensure adequate inventory of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items such as menu cards, napkins, straws, etc., on your cart and in storage areas.
• Clean minibars and report any damages or irregularities.
• Check the quality and expiration of all items; dispose of and replace them according to established procedures.
