Job description
5 star Relais & Châteaux Inn on the lakefront, Manoir Hovey is looking for a part-time Night Auditor (2 to 3 nights per week), to join our team.
His/her main missions will be :
- Classify the commercial transactions made during the day
- Verify and correct the recording of transactions and update the notes of the hotel's customers
- Balance the accounts and close the cash registers of the different points of sale and the reception
- Prepare the internal deposit
- Update the customer register
- Produce the daily revenue report
- Calculate occupancy forecasts
- Produce and transmit auxiliary reports to management
- Assume the duties of a receptionist during the night
