We are currently looking for someone who is passionate about data entry,bookkeeping and document verification. If you have a strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel and have good analytical skills, you might be the one we're looking for!

***Must be Bilingual with Strong communication skills (verbal and written)***


Tasks and responsibilities :

  • Bookkeeping .
  • Sorting incoming mail, e-mails, faxes.
  • Maintain and update inventory and database systems.
  • Compile, copy and sort records.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel programming and MS Office.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks.
  • Weekly hours from 9h00 to 16h00.
