Located in the heart of Old Montreal, at the foot of the Notre-Dame Basilica, the Place d'Armes Terrace is one of the restaurants of the 169-room boutique hotel of the same name. In addition to the Place d'Armes Terrace, it offers 2 restaurants, the Brasserie 701 and the Japanese Kyo Bar
The Oyster Scaler is in charge of setting up and preparing the oysters, the raw bar and the seafood platters.
Your tasks
Ensure the setting up of the raw bar;
Clean and open the oysters;
Prepare the condiments and accompaniments for the dishes;
Assemble and serve the platters according to the established standards;
Ensure the rotation of stocks;
Interact with customers;
Maintain a clean work surface at all times.
All other job related tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
1 to 2 years of significant kitchen experience;
Good knowledge of shellfish, seafood
Sense of organization;
Excellent communication skills.
