  • Plan, analyze and order the work to be done; 
  • Examine the available reserves and ingredients
  • Follow a recipe
  • Prepare food and control the quality of prepared meals;
  • Prepare food for preservation;
  • Apply the rules of personal hygiene and safety;
  • Good speed of execution, resourcefulness, tolerance to stress and ability to work in a team;
  • Variable hours: day, evening and weekend


  • DEP in pastry or equivalent experience
  • Recognized culinary knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of rules and practices related to food safety
  • French written and spoken; English an asset.
