Responsibilities: As a pastry cook, you will be responsible for preparing the ingredients for various recipes and making French pastries and special orders according to established procedures.

Job Duties: Select and prepare ingredients for various recipes / Bake prepared products / Glaze and decorate pastries / Design and make up set pieces / Ensure the preservation and presentation of products / Maintain the inventory of raw materials / Prepare any other related products / Keep the work area and tools clean
Requirements

Condition of employment: To be available from 4am to noon.
