There are finally some jobs available at Ratafia wine and dessert bar!
If you love plating desserts as well as the occasional savoury dish, if you are always following the new trends and have endless motivation for creativity and attention to detail, we would love to talk!

If you aren't aware of who we are, Ratafia is a wine bar that opened its doors in July 2019, specializing in plated desserts. We love wine pairings, a festive environment and creating an original experience for our awesome clientèle.
Requirements
Various positions are to be filled in preparation for the reopening of dining rooms, but there is also the possibility of starting earlier for our Cake-Out menu (take-out with a sweet twist!)

Part time and full time available
Salary dependant on experience and positon

Experience requirements:

- Minimum 2 years pastry experience in full-service restaurants
- Creativity and originality in flavours and presentation
- Attention to detail and rigour
- Good sense of organisation and priorities
- Great communication
- Background in general cooking (prior garde-manger experience a bonus)
- Experience in working a service (not only counter-service)
- Enjoys their job and brings a positive energy

Finally, with the last year of uncertainty and instability, you will understand that we are looking for long-term candidates and not a summer job.
