As a Chef Pizzaiolo, you will be responsible for preparing high quality pizzas and the oversee With the head chef all other kitchen staff, respecting our high standards of hygiene, sanitation and attention to detail.
In this key role, you will be asked to manage stocks and preparations, source products and control the quality of pizzas.
Diploma in professional cooking or 5 years experience on a similar rol
Extensive experience in Italian cuisine
Experience in high volume/quality restaurant - 3 to 5 years
Attention to detail, thorough and consistent
Leadership and strong skills in on personnel management
Great autonomy and sense of organization - essential
Loss management skills, food cost control, stock management- essential.
Great knowledge of standards in hygiene and health occupational safety
MAPAQ Certification in Hygiene and Sanitation or Application of HACCP Standards - an asset
Flexibility to adapt to the variety of tasks and work rhythms
Be flexible at schedule
French and /or English - an asset Italian and Spanish a Plus.
