Hello,
We are currently on the lookout for a fishmonger with experience.
Here are the key responsabilities of the position:
- Taking deliveries of fresh fish;
- Reviewing stock on a regular basis;
- De-scaling the fish and removing bones;
- Gutting and cleaning the fish;
- Cutting the fish into smaller pieces;
- Arranging displays of fish in the counters;
- Ensuring that the fish is stored properly at all times;
- Dressing seafood products;
- Advising customers as to which products to purchase;
- Advising customers how to store and cook fish properly;
- Cleaning tools used on a regular basis.
