Job description
Galaxie Brasserie is a new project located at Place des Arts, the cultural epicenter of Montreal.
The Bolay family and the Holder family, known for the Auberge Saint-Gabriel, the Velvet, the Holder, the Majestique and the Darling will be the leaders of this major project.
We are looking for motivated staff to fill our great kitchen team. If you like challenges, this project is for you!
HOT COOK
Able to organize his section and take charge of its necessary set-up
Set up in anticipation of the various services and traffic
Keep work areas clean
Work in compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards
Able to replicate dishes and be independent

2 years of cooking experience and/or studies
