Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Restaurant Director is a motivated, innovative and inspiring manager who manages all restaurant services, both golf and ski. He will have to ensure the provision of a quality and cost-effective food and drink offering, while ensuring efficient operational management and enhancing an exceptional customer experience.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations;

  • Plan human resource needs and training, coaching and management required of your team;

  • Develop budget and control revenue, expenses and operating ratios;

  • Implement effective measures to control the costs of beverages, food and labor;

  • Supervise orders and inventories;

  • Ensure quality of reception and customer service;

  • Ensure that the level of excellence of our services is maintained and standards are followed;

  • Develop prices and promotional strategies for the department’s products and services and continuously evaluate their situation (competition, market, trends, etc.)

  • Ensure the optimal use of facilities and maximize their profitability;

  • Demonstrate a creative spirit and evolve the Food and beverage (F&B)  

  • Carry out inspections of work areas and ensure the application of standards of hygiene, sanitation and health and safety at work;

  • Hotel management 
  • Perform other related tasks. 

  • Hotel management training combined with experience in a similar position;

  • Participative, innovative and engaging leadership;

  • Ability to work in a team and oriented towards customer service;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Demonstrate initiative and good problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to develop team members;

  • Good stress tolerance and strong adaptability to an ever-changing environment;

  • Experience in managing financial and material resources;

  • Good knowledge of French (mandatory)

  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite
