WELCOME TO SONOLUX
SonoLux is opening two Food & Beverage units that unfold across two distinct spaces, each designed to captivate:
LUMI (38 seats) – A restaurant where dining meets sensory exploration. Expect curated art projections, evolving soundscapes, and bold culinary creations that surprise at every turn. This is not just a meal—it’s a multi-sensory performance.
SUBTERRA (52 seats) – A hidden, underground speakeasy where the city’s tastemakers, creatives, and night-seekers gather. With rare spirits, boundary-pushing cocktails, and an audiophile atmosphere, Subterra is the secret everyone wants to be part of.

YOUR ROLE
As Restaurant Director, you will be the driving force behind the SonoLux experience, ensuring every guest leaves not just satisfied, but mesmerized.
§ Lead & Inspire – Build, mentor, and energize a team that shares your passion for excellence and creativity.
§ Create Magic – Elevate guest experiences through flawless service, atmosphere, and attention to detail.
§ Think Big – Shape the strategy and operations of a concept that is redefining modern hospitality.
§ Collaborate & Innovate – Work with chefs, mixologists, artists, musicians, and management to constantly evolve the experience.
§ Own the Numbers – Drive revenue, manage costs, and ensure the business thrives as much as the atmosphere.
Requirements
§ A hospitality visionary with a track record of leading high-energy, high-expectation teams, and past experience in new restaurant openings a plus
§ A people-first leader who knows that service is an art form
§ Obsessed with guest experience, food, cocktails, and storytelling
§ Thrives in a fast-paced, artistic, and immersive environment
§ Capable of independently planning, structuring and implementing ideas and actions in a comprehensive and organized manner, while respecting various guidelines and restaurant concept
§ A master of optimizing objectives and conciliating customer quality with financial viability
§ Loves a challenge and wants to be part of something game-changing
