Job description
We are currently looking for 1 permanent position as Restaurant Manager for our Gold Train Express Restaurant.
The main duties are:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the staff workflows.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies.
- Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage.
- Ensure that foods and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures to deliver exceptional customer service, food, and beverages quality to value customers.
- Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
Requirements

Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Attention to detail and flexibility.
Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
Able to work in a team environment and under pressure.
Strong leadership skill.
Excellent time management skill.

Working schedule: Morning, afternoon and evening shifts. Weekends and holidays.
Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years in the same position.
Language at work: good communication in English.
Wage: 32$/hour
