Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage a fast-paced, busy restaurant in Richmond, BC.

Requirements

LANGUAGES: English

EDUCATION: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE: 3 years to less than 5 years

ABILITY TO SUPERVISE: 16-20 people

WORK CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES

Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Overtime required

COMPUTER SKILLS

MS Word, MS Office, MS Excel

SPECIFIC SKILLS

Conduct performance reviews, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Cost products and services, Organize and maintain inventory, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Develop, implement and analyze budgets, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff
