Job description
- Ensure customer satisfaction during and after service
- Daily inspection to ensure that the facilities meet hotel standards
- Follow up with the Head Waiter regarding special customer requests
- Maintain service quality and adhere to current policies and procedures
- Thoroughly understand the various menus (dinner, specials), the wine list, and the establishment's selection of spirits and beverages
- Contribute to the cleanliness, maintenance, and professional image of the hotel
- Be attentive to customer requests regarding allergies and dietary intolerances and ensure accurate communication to the kitchen

Requirements
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Warm, attentive, and welcoming demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer use (Maître D)
- High commitment to customer service
- Knowledge of oenology, spirits, and beers
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
This job may require lifting and moving items weighing up to 11 kg. It also involves standing or walking for extended periods.
