Job Description:

As a member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Responsibilities may include:

  1. Waiters: Taking orders, serving food and beverages, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  2. Runners: Assisting waitstaff by delivering food from the kitchen to guests' tables promptly and efficiently.
  3. Hostesses: Greeting guests, managing reservations, seating guests, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
  4. Bartenders: Mixing and serving drinks, providing recommendations, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and engaging with guests in a friendly manner.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred but not required. We value attitude and work ethic above all else.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to interact with guests and provide exceptional service.
  3. Positive attitude and ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  5. Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
