Bottega Pizzeria is looking for a passionate and driven sous-chef. You will be the right hand of the chef and be responsible for the food that comes out of the kitchen, from conception to execution. You will work in a team and ensure that our guests have a memorable experience even during take-out mode.


  • Enhance customers’ culinary experience while keeping up high quality
  • Prepare and manage food orders 
  • Communicate with all kitchen staff
  • Ensure that all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Follow standardized recipes and food presentation
  • Previous sous-chef experience
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team 
  • Culinary degree/certificate
  • Strong passion for food
  • Previous experience in Italian cuisine is an asset

*salary is dependent on experience
