We are looking to fulfill the positions of sous-chef daytime and another one for night
Both are fulltime position
Day 8am-16pm monday to friday
Night 14pm-23pm tuesday to saturday
Very competitive salary.
The candidates will support the executive chef run the kitchen,preparations and services.
Including but not limited to:
Supervising the staff
Planning kitchen activities
Managing stocks rotations and orderings
Ensuring the food quality is up to the company standard
Ensuring food safety,cleanliness and hygiene is respected
Ensuring good services coordination with front of the house
The candidate must have a minimum of 3yrs experiences in a similar position.
With an all around knowledge of various type of food and preparations.
Someone with a drive and passion for cooking
Strong work ethics & organizational skills
Mapaq certificate a plus
Culinary degree a plus
Eager to learn and share his knowledges
Good communication & leadership
Good physical form
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
