Description

·         Work under the supervision of the Chef

·         Supervise and coordinate the team

·         Supervises the preparation of ingredients and their cooking according to the high standards of our company

·         Presentation of dishes according to the detailed specifications of their superior

·         Work closely with production supervisors (their main internal client)

·         Is responsible for training kitchen employees

·         Regularly produces a progress report of his day

·         Any other related tasks.


 


 

Requirements

Completed high school diploma

·         5 years’ experience in cooking (catering), as a chef, sous-chef or solid chef de partie experience

·         Understanding of food processing, high volume

·         Master the concepts of quality, food safety, health & safety at work

·         Be comfortable with conversion measurements or very comfortable with a calculator

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Creative

·         Good communicator, motivator

·         Ability to supervise and coach his team (leadership)

·         Autonomous

·         Rigorous

·         French and / or English spoken and written
